- 1 cup of soaked pecans overnight (the longer you soak, the creamier it will be)
- 3 cups of filtered water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
*if you like sweeter milk, add in sweetener of choice and adjust to taste*
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend on high for 3 minutes. Pour into jar with a tight lid and refrigerate for up to 5 days. The milk will separate so always give a good shake before using. Enjoy!
